{"id":990307,"date":"2026-09-02T09:09:08","date_gmt":"2026-09-02T07:09:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.colorgraf.it\/non-categorizzato\/regulatory-and-product-safety\/"},"modified":"2026-09-04T09:25:08","modified_gmt":"2026-09-04T07:25:08","slug":"regulatory-and-product-safety","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.colorgraf.it\/en\/open-positions\/regulatory-and-product-safety\/","title":{"rendered":"Regulatory and Product Safety"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"vgblk-rw-wrapper limit-wrapper\">Colorgraf is looking for a new employee to join its Regulatory &#038; Product Safety department<\/p>\n<p>RESPONSABILITIES<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u2022Approval of new raw materials and resale products<\/strong><br \/>\nCollaborate with Purchasing and R&#038;D functions in the evaluation and approval of new raw materials and resale products, verifying their compliance with product safety requirements and applicable regulatory standards.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u2022Regulatory Documentation Management<\/strong><br \/>\nDraft, update, verify proper filing, and submit to requesting parties documentation related to SDSs, declarations of conformity, and environmental documents in accordance with applicable regulations, including but not limited to the following areas:<br \/>\nCLP (Classification and Labeling)<br \/>\nProduct and environmental regulations<br \/>\nREACH<br \/>\nGMP for food packaging<br \/>\nADR<br \/>\nTechnical and regulatory support for clients<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u2022Support for business development projects<\/strong><br \/>\nParticipation in continuous improvement projects in the areas of quality, the environment, and health and safety<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u2022Training on certification standards and product safety regulations<\/strong><br \/>\n Conduct or organize training for colleagues or customers on applicable product safety regulations, transferring information on obligations, procedures and correct operating practices.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u2022Participation in group activities<\/strong><br \/>\nActively contributes to cross-functional initiatives (working groups) aimed at achieving project objectives, even when the required actions do not directly align with one\u2019s own duties.
