Colorgraf and the creation of the first Renewable Energy Community in Lainate

Colorgraf, as a member of ILAS, is participating in the creation of the first Renewable Energy Community (REC) in Lainate, called “LA TUA CER LAINATE” (YOUR REC LAINATE). This project represents a concrete step towards a more sustainable, shared energy model that is oriented towards value for the local area.

Promoted by ILAS, the initiative stems from a process of discussion between companies, the municipal administration, and local stakeholders, with the aim of transforming energy from a simple operating cost into a strategic lever for competitiveness, environmental sustainability, and social cohesion.

The Energy Community will enable businesses, economic activities, and citizens to self-produce and share renewable energy, generating economic and environmental benefits. “LA TUA CER LAINATE” will be registered in the national REC register managed by the GSE, thus launching the operational phase of plant construction and energy sharing.

A distinctive feature of the project is the creation of the “ILAS – Energia per Lainate” Solidarity Fund, which will allocate part of the economic benefits to concrete initiatives for the community: combating energy poverty, supporting training and employment, and environmental and social projects, in agreement with the municipal administration.

The official ratification of the articles of association took place on December 23 in the Blue Room of Villa Borromeo Visconti Litta, in the presence of local institutions.

For Colorgraf, joining “LA TUA CER LAINATE” confirms its commitment to a responsible, innovative business model that is attentive to sustainable development and capable of creating shared value for the local area and community.
