RESPONSABILITIES
•Approval of new raw materials and resale products
Collaborate with Purchasing and R&D functions in the evaluation and approval of new raw materials and resale products, verifying their compliance with product safety requirements and applicable regulatory standards.
•Regulatory Documentation Management
Draft, update, verify proper filing, and submit to requesting parties documentation related to SDSs, declarations of conformity, and environmental documents in accordance with applicable regulations, including but not limited to the following areas:
CLP (Classification and Labeling)
Product and environmental regulations
REACH
GMP for food packaging
ADR
Technical and regulatory support for clients
•Support for business development projects
Participation in continuous improvement projects in the areas of quality, the environment, and health and safety
•Training on certification standards and product safety regulations
Conduct or organize training for colleagues or customers on applicable product safety regulations, transferring information on obligations, procedures and correct operating practices.
•Participation in group activities
Actively contributes to cross-functional initiatives (working groups) aimed at achieving project objectives, even when the required actions do not directly align with one’s own duties. Collaborates with other roles within the company, contributing technical expertise and a spirit of cooperation
